Spent close to 12 weeks and executed 5 interviews and did not receive feedback for close to 3 weeks on my last interview. Avoid at all cost, wasting candidates time.
Fast but just formality, no chemistry but more towards transactional expectation regarding new deals to close in near term. Not so much about growing together in term of asking what career growth for my future career
