I had a simple 5 minute phone interview asking just a few background questions and why I wanted the job. After the phone call I received an offer letter via email.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kyo (Denver, CO) in Oct 2023
Interview
I had a google interview and it ended pretty quick. They've went through my experience working with children (I only had a baby sitter experience regarding working with kids). They ask what I know about ABA and what I expect the work to look like. It was definitely a plus that I've worked with non-verbal kiddos before. It lasted 20 - 25 minutes.
