L. B. Foster interview questions

The process was fair. It involved 2 people with about 20 questions already written on paper. If successful in the first stage interview, there will be a second stage interview with the manager.

Two rounds of telephonic interviews. First one is brief about the job description. Second is longer in technical questions and expectations. Lastly, its in person with hiring manager onsite. If thats cleared, job is offered and introduced to staff right away
