Met in the company offices building on a separate floor from where the team worked. Both Lead Graphic Designers hosted the interview, covering formal and less-formal topics, from salary to dress code to current endeavors and what the team was looking for/where innovation was needed. Even with a minor chest infection, it went over very well! I believe this internship was a well-balanced expierence for all involved.
