Guest are directed to a small waiting room where they must call in for the person they are meeting. I was awkwardly greeted and walked through a large workspace consisting of dirty cubicles and carpets. We arrived in a conference room where I was asked to complete three assessment. They consisted of measuring, fractions, and spot the difference type questions. I was told at the end that I did very well on all the test and that the two interviewers would come in to meet me. After waiting a few minutes I was told that I would not be interviewed because they would like better scores.
This could not be true because I was just told I did well on the test. This was a complete waste of my time. I can say that the decision seemed to be made before I walked in the door. Truth be told, after seeing the inside I had no desire to work there anyways. What an awful experience.
