They want to focus on what you accomplished and you can champion your ideas in a supportive environment. If you don't have a beauty background, show your passion for innovation and excitement toward being a part of a global company. MAke sure you do your research on L'Oreal brands or the business. Listen to the questions being asked of you, make eye contact, and remember the smallest details can go a long way.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
