The process was pretty straightforward, the duration of the interview was pretty quick. Two friendly interviewers who wanted to know your past work experience and your expectation of the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Sept 2010
Interview
Took three months- averaged an interview per month. Met with HR first and then the team I would be working for. It was agonizing to wait but glad I did.

Question 1
HR was the most difficult. The team was looking for the right personality fit. L'Oreal has a sink or swim culture- you have to be able and willing to dive into your workload quickly.
Not hard but need preparation for a presentation via Microsoft team. 1V1 presentation and answer questions related to the presentation and yourself. Got useful feedback afterward. Staffs are kind and nice.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was a full day - mixed of 1 to 1 interviews, presentation that i had to make before hand after i was given a case study, also had to do some math's and English tests whilst there & group scenarios. i got a tour of the place too whihc was good to see where you would be working.
