I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Paris) in Feb 2023
Interview
It was a candidate pool. I received a response to interview one month after applying. The interview was the worst one I've ever had and will probably ever have in my life. The interviewer intern arrived halfway through the interview time, and I could tell she was not listening to me (I ended my pitch by saying "So that's what I'm looking for in an internship" and then she went on to ask me exactly that "What are you looking for in an internship?") Maybe because it was at 2pm, right after lunch time, so i would recommend you to get the interview in the AM or later in the afternoon,

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Jan 2023
Interview
I send my application and cover letter on Jan 23rd, they interviewed me after 3 weeks. I had a video interview, they sent me the link of the meeting 5 minutes before. Very friendly. It requires a lot of research about the company and for sure preparing some answers in advance.
