I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Singapore) in Mar 2023
Interview
2 rounds for my department, very efficient. Got a call to interview with HR one day after I applied. Interviewed on friday, HR asked for my availability for round 2 immediately after interview. Did my second interview with my supervisor in the department and got the acceptance call in the evening of the interview day. Most efficient hiring process I’ve ever gone through. Interview was okay, first one with HR was to go through my resume with them and tell them more in depth my experiences etc. Second round was more of a fun conversation about our passions, some chit chat on hobbies and the usual whats your favorite l’oreal product, tell me about yourself but most of the time I felt like I was just having a genuine conversation and I really loved it :)
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.

Do you have any question?
Typical behavioral interview, plus may need to do a case study depending on the requirements of the full-time position. To convert from intern to full-time, also presented my project from my internship.
