I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L&B Direct
Interview
1) Receive a phone call from a unpleasant sounding recruiter.
2) Sit down for a 15 minute interview with the President. Small office space. Very Bare.
3)Shadow 2 salesmen in Walmart for 2 hours.
4)Call Rick and receive the job offer.
The process was super easy, the people were friendly once you got into the office, and even though the job isn't ideal it is a job and for the time being it was fine. High burn out and turnover rate.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at L&B Direct (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview process was very professional. The initial interview was with the President of the company, it was a general overview of what the position is and what I would be doing. The 2nd interview is more personal, getting to know the interviewee and going over everything else like compensation, hours, and training. The interviewee is also taken into the field to be shown exactly what the job is. The 3rd interview is over the phone with the President of the company.
Dear Reviewer,
You're absolutely right! It is essential for us to show our candidates exactly what we do and what better way than by showing a current team member in action at work?! Thank you for sharing your experience.
Sincerely,
Rick Goughneour, President
