I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L3 Harris of June 2020. I took a day off from work to attend. The interview was 90 minutes and was conducted by 1 person which consisted of a general inquiry of my skill sets. I have over 20 years of experience testing and repairing low power and high powered systems and components so the position was easily within my abilities, I answered all questions competently and felt things went well. I was told to reach out after two days if L3 didn't reach out first. The next day after the interview another recruiter reached out to me by email and asked me why did I miss my interview. I informed her I DID NOT miss said interview and that I attended my interview the previous day at the agreed time and was awaiting feedback on her end. So I asked her how did things work out for me, I NEVER got any response back from her or L3 in general as my emails were ignored. Further research into the company showed that after the L3/Harris merger, a significant number of L3 employees at this facility left the company for other opportunities. This is why that recruiter had mistakenly thought I did not attend my interview, they are just haphazardly wasting people time in a rush to quickly fill positions and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
