Interview
As a member of Villanova/L3Harris' INNOVATE program, I was selected for interviews before the program ended. The interview process involved a short 30 minute with a hiring manager at one of the sites that was interested by my resume and work experience.
I only had one interview with the hiring manager. The whole conversation was behavioral and talked about past experiences. The next morning, I received an offer. Manager did not have their camera on.
The interview process was not too difficult, Two rounds of interview and you get to meet the team you would be working on. I would say come prepared to answer STAR and questions about the company in general.
