I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Classic bait and switch I've seen plenty of car sales jobs which is why I never sold cars. This job is what waters down value of being a liar and low talent is the name of the game here. They only offer 25 min sessions and client has to commit to a year all while bringing no value to the job strictly sales

Question 1
Only thing asked was if I could sell training and how I would do it which is why they have one method of selling intimidate all ready a very vulnerable person and take it to capitalize on them. Very dishonest approach they might not even have trainers to service the client "get them to sign on the line which is dotted" that's it can't sell on value because the trainers they do have r the bottom of the barrel who would train here for lowest pay and very weak 25 minute workout all training should be an hour if the trainer brings value to the position
The interviewer was very nice. He asked me questions about my personal training history and why I want to be a trainer. He asked a couple more questions about my background. I felt good after leaving the interview. I received a call to let me know I got the job and the next steps for onboarding.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What led you into this profession as a personal trainer? What's your story?
Great interview process. Fast and efficient. More like a screening and relaying info than an in depth interview. They didn’t really ask me questions about my qualifications or experience. Mostly on explaining the job process.
Everything was rushed. The vp of sales immediately started sexually harassing me. I complained to their headquarters. I never got paid for the time that I worked. I tried to file a claim with the EEOC.
