It's a pretty standard interview style. You start off with the typical "tell me about yourself" followed up with describing the day to day. You dig deep into the pay structure since there are many levels and discuss potential career growths. They did have a knowledge section asking if i knew my anatomy, machines, etc. Kind of like a mini quiz.
