Gave in my resume and waited for a call back from the manager. Once I got the call, I came to the interview and got hired on the spot. The process was very easy and quick.
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.

Interview
An in person interview with the operations manager. She asked scenario based questions on how to handle customers, what I would do in certain situations, and what appropriate actions to take.
