I applied online and got a phone screening with Dana Colagiovanni two weeks later. When I arrived for the so-called 'interview' with the owner Pat Manocchia, they were 4 more job seekers there hoping to get the job. Pat Manocchia presented the company and himself. He did not ask us any interview questions about our experience and/or education. In the end of his 45 minute monologue, we were asked to pay $199 for an intro day of of the method if we wanted to move forward in the hiring process. To work there as a Exercise Specialist you first need to pay to get the LA PALESTRA certification and supposedly you'll be offered a career opportunity. Don't waste your time with LA PALESTRA if you don't want to be taken advantage of. It's a scam!
