The process began with the submission of curriculum to the human resources department. After some time I was called to a selection process with several candidates. Dynamics, knowledge tests in the aeronautical area and interview were carried out. In the end, I did not go to the position in question, but since I had a good performance in the tests, my CV was sent to other positions and I had the opportunity to interview with other managers until I got a position in the company
