Having applied online, I received a call a day or two after for an initial chat. A first stage inteview was arranged, to take place via Microsoft teams. It was a very relaxed, informal conversation, getting to know each other and discussing my previous experience. Following on from this I was offered the chance of a second stage interview, with the option of presenting via Microsoft Teams, or attanding a socially distanced interview at the office in Elstree. (I chose the office).
