I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LCYIC (Lancaster, PA) in May 2015

It was 3 people in my interview. 2 of them were supervisors and the other one was the director of the shelter, The interview itself was not bad, it was the lady supervisor in my interview that made it horrible
