There was a four-step interview process: online application, phone interview, in-person interview, and then an emailed job offer.
I wish the interviewer had set up a time to make the phone interview since it caught me a bit off guard. She did offer to set up a time for later, however.
The questions asked over the phone were not different from the questions in person. They asked mostly about the basic type of only work-related questions concerning your past experience and your current physical capability. They did not seem to be very concerned what quality of character they might be adding to the work environment.
However, the interviewer was kind and made the process comfortable and natural. Perhaps they were concerned more with the subtleties contained in the answers.
