Was so professional, yet fun. Wasn’t uncomfortable. Was in and out. Great energy, very excited to be apart of this team. Also it being remote with the option of in office is very beneficial. And good rates.

Interview
You do an assessment centre and then if picked to go on further, you do an interview on the same day. If you then get the job, you had to go in on a Saturday for a whole day “death by PowerPoint” training session, then after the longest day, you wait if a manager has remembered to “pick you up” to properly onboard you. I did find the interview process somewhat bias and it was very much “the loudest wins” which is jarring when some kids are proper dumb but somehow are favourited because their thickness is “funny.” But hey, the show is run by kids so what do you expect!
They call you set up interview. Once you arrive you go into a conference room they interview you after they ask you to wait if they call you name that means you stay if not then you didnt get the job..
