Panel also checked the overall hygiene of candidate from leadership, decision making and judging skills.

Four rounds of interview - group discussion, hr round 1, personality test, final hr round. Professional setup, mostly interested in outspoken and extrovert candidates, sales oriented questions, interviewers are not intimidating, make the candidates feel at ease.
