2 part interview that took 2 days. About 30minutes a pop. First day was an introduction and the second day was a 15 question IQ test. After getting in you have to attend a course.
They will ask you question to assess your motivation and drive to succeed in real estate. They are investing in you and want to make sure you're a good fit for the company. They're not like other firms that will hire anybody.

Spoke with Brett for a while and went over their system and process. I have met with this company before switching over and knew a current employee so during the interview I just spoke about my experience in real estate.
