Interview
Bullying and intimidation runs throughout. A large portion of staff suffering anxiety and depression.
High staff turnover, low staff moral. High targets to meet which are unattainable. Not allowed to talk to staff and questioned when you do even when it's work related. HR fail to support staff adequately so let staff down. Terrible management how fail to tackle bullying but instead ignore staff and turn a blind eye to it. No progression. Working for lgc Genomics was a depressing place to work.
Management need to address the issues and listen to staff. Address the bullying. This was the worst company I have worked for.

Question 1
The interview process has totally changed and you are now required to sit a test.
Start with a phone interview which asked questions about myself and PCR. Then a in person interview which asked questions about the company and the same questions as the phone interview.
