In reflecting on my interview experience, I encountered some challenges during the final meeting with the manager and one of their team members, which left me feeling disappointed. There was a sense of unease as I perceived an exchange of instant messages between them via the messaging system. This gave the impression of a closed communication loop that distracted me and disrupted the flow of our interaction. Additionally, the frequent smiling reactions to these messages made me feel somewhat uncomfortable and led to a loss of focus in presenting my thoughts coherently.
Furthermore, I observed that the level of dialogue and engagement didn't align with the international standards that are pivotal for a company aiming to integrate diverse global profiles effectively. I believe there's an opportunity for the manager and their team to enhance their approach, ensuring a more inclusive and globally adaptive environment. This improvement could better accommodate and integrate a wider range of international talents that would benefit the company's growth and success.
