Very simple, 1 round interview, met with HR, talent head, and CEO all in one day. They ask standard questions about previous experience. Make sure to emphasize your sales and management experience

Pretty laid back interview. A lot of it is based off of your personality and how well they feel you could connect to potential streamers. You probably need at least 1 year of experience in some type of sales, but it is more selling yourself rather than your previous jobs.
