Everything was online & over the phone. After submitting my resume, I received an email of interest, with options for interview times. I responded with my date and time of choice, and a google calendar invite was extended. The first interview was conducted by one of the partners, and was congenial in nature, but very thorough. Following that interview, I was put in contact with someone who held the position I was applying for, and was able to ask her more direct questions about the job, work flow, work load, the company culture, etc.
