The interview process was 3 interviews over the course of 3 weeks. Initial Teams interview with the HR manager, 2nd interview with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager, 3rd interview with the Director of Sales, Director of HR, and CEO.
All interviews were very easy and conversational, just getting to know each other and discussing my previous experience and how it would translate into the role. The role is very oriented towards cold-calling, and door-knocking business within a territory. Not for everyone, but seems like it has quite a bit of upside after the initial bizdev phase.
