Online application, Screening interview with internal recruiter. Meeting was set up to discuss background, role and fit, which all aligned nicely. I believe there was misalignment around compensation, upon which I was told they'd check and get in touch again to ultimately confirm. Unfortunately I was ghosted, despite a couple of attempts from my side to get some feedback, no follow up was ever provided.
