I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LOT Polish Airlines (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
The interview process was well organised. I was informed about all stages and the feedback I received was useful and helped me to prepare for the following stages. The initial stages consisted of small assignments such as preparation of presentation or answering questions related to position I applied for. The next stage was interview with the manager of the deparment and HR representative. Everyone was proffessional and supprotive. Nevertheless, I was not selected for position because I wasn't ready to continue working after internship due to my ongoing studies. Such a requirement hadn't been specified anywhere before, hence, I feel like both me and the recruiters lost some time that I could have spent applying for other positions.
