Interview process was pretty straightforward - recruiter screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by two short interviews with an SVP and an AVP. Nothing too crazy, mainly introductory and behavioral questions.
Problem is, I spent hours prepping for 4 interviews, was told each time that I’d be a good fit for the role, and then I was completely ghosted. I was asked to share some work product that was reviewed as “this is great” by one of the interviewers. Even after 2 follow ups over 5 weeks, I didn’t hear anything - not even an automated email. Such a waste of time and completely unprofessional. I took another job instead.
