Very pleasant interview where we discussed my experience around discovery, agile, and my working background. We talked about upcoming projects, current LPL landscape and what they were looking for in a product owner. Additionally, we spoke of the culture and how working at LPL is as far as work/life balance. The interviewer was very pleasant and I felt at ease

Worse interview process and company I have come ever across. The process is very slow and there is no empathy from recruitment team or hiring team. I had my first call with recruiter which was followed by four more rounds (7 interviewers) all together which took more than five weeks. Recruiter never responds to emails and requests to schedule a call via scheduler and then misses the call often at scheduled time. After my last round, I was told by recruiter that they have a quick turn around of a day or two and as it turned out it was 6 weeks. So basically, they took 6 weeks to let me know that they have hired someone internally all along while recruiter kept telling me your feedback is very positive and we should hear something next week and then the week after and after. The overall process took two and a half months. It was very frustrating and turned out complete waste of time. Imagine you go to a restaurant and the receptionist keeps you waiting for an hour to be just seated. You will wonder how long will it take to get the food and would it be worth? They should seriously look at their hiring process and respect others time if not theirs. I was just glad being out of the loop. Never would consider these guys again.
