Both technical interviews were great. But the last HR call from Olinda Amarasekara was very unprofessional. She wanted me to discuss about the notice period and last working day of my current company at that time, even without assuring an Offer letter. She was so harsh and no HR professional has behaved such in my career until now. I said I wouldn’t be able to join as I was not willing to discuss about resignation without any offer letter.
