Starts with an online reasoning test of 30 questions in 30 minutes, then almost a 2 month wait (October to December) until any reply. Invited to next-day telephone screen in December, and got same-day invite to in-person assessment centre taking place a week later.
In-person assessment consists of stiff introduction, and multiple one-to-ones: chatting about how you'd handle difficult situations, talking about previous experience, previous projects, and a logic / deduction group exercise which they expect you to complete without writing anything down.
I was offered a place, however this offer was promptly removed as I was "no longer eligible" after confirming that "my circumstances had changed" due to extending my degree a year. They mentioned they were looking for people to feed straight into the Grad Programme the following year. So even if you do well enough to get past all interviews and be offered a place, they don't seem to value that enough to make a compromise, and would rather let you go.
