Interview
There was a group interview process where you have to work with your fellow applicants to make decisions. After the group interview, there is a personal interview where there is usually two to three current employees evaluating your response to some typical interview questions.
You fill out an application (it may ask for a video saying why you'd be a good RA/why you want the job), then there's a group interview and an individual interview

Group interview process was very stressful, and it was also unorganized. Personal interview was straightforward behavioral questions. There were a few difficult questions about made up situations where you had to propose a solution/ what you would do in the scenario
