I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LTK (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
Initial phone screen with an internal recruiter, followed by an on-site.
The on-site was around 3.5 hours and consisted of:
* 1 hour with VP of Eng, Head Architect, and a peer.
* 1 hour with potential team members.
* 1 hour with CTO and hiring manager.
Most of the questions were fairly straight forward, and there is a code challenge. Everyone was fairly friendly. However, there didn't seem to be an interest in wanting to get to know me. Everyone showed up with laptops and spent most of their time distracted by what was on their screens, rather than listening to my answers. It didn't seem like anyone was taking notes either.
I received a response fairly quickly, but probably would not have accepted an offer. There were a ton of red flags with this place.
