The first round is just a general task evaluation. I was asked to answer various questions, complete tasks in excel, and also show communication skills by writing practice emails and such.

The process is very organized and the HR team communicates very well. They provide a lot of information about the company prior to the interview so you know how to prepare.

The interview was very quick (15 min) and laid back. The focus seemed to be more on personality type and if I would fit in with the team, rather than skillet or industry knowledge.
