They asked a lot of behavioral questions which makes since because it was a customer service role. Things like what would you do in this situation, what is the most complicated thing you've done, and just one technical question on writing emails.
We had a good conversation, but they haven’t reached out to me since then, and there’s been no follow-up communication from their side. I think that is a good company.

introductory interview with the direct manager. followed by a professional interview with 2/3 relevant managers. for that interview you are required to present a presentation about an assignment you've been given, lastly, a meeting with HR
