Applied on linkedin thinking it was an entry level marketing position. Got a response maybe a month later and did a interview going over my resume. Second interview was in their office at Sherman Oaks. That was when I learned that this job was basically a door to door salesman job. You could tell they really try to sell the job to you by talking about all the bonuses you could make and the gym membership. They also never mentioned to me that the hours were from 11 am to 9 pm and I had to ask about it later on.

2-step interview process. First interview lasts for only 10-15 minutes and is a "get to know you" type of interview. The second interview is more comprehensive and discusses the logistics of the position.
