The process started with a group assessment/dynamic exercise. Candidates were divided into teams and asked to work on a business case focused on creating a go-to-market strategy for the launch of a new product. We had to analyze the market opportunity, define the target audience, propose positioning and marketing ideas, and present our recommendations to the recruiters and assessors.
The exercise was collaborative but also evaluated leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and teamwork. After the presentations, selected candidates were invited to continue to an individual interview stage.
The individual interview focused more on motivation for joining LVMH, previous experiences, understanding of the luxury industry, and behavioral questions.
Overall, the process was professional, engaging, and well organized.
