It was a long process; steps are as follows:
1. HR Interview - logistical questions
2. Hiring Manager Interview - basic questions on the work experience
3. Design Challenge - similar to Apple but based on their product
4. Panel Interview - 6 1-hour interviews with PD, ID, Program Management, Manufacturing, VP, Case study presentation and again with the Hiring Manager
