Application
I interviewed at LYNK (Hong Kong) in Dec 2024
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews that spanned 2-3 weeks. Very standard behavioral questions and the interviewers were generally polite. There were a case study and an email writing test that took about an hour to complete; however, I received zero feedback after completing them.
The recruiter reached out to me three weeks after my final interview telling me that I wouldn't get hired because company ran out of budget for this role. That was super weird considering how actively they tried to get me to interview for this position. Very shady company and I'd definitely suggest stay away to not waste your time.

2) 1st interview (via zoom)
- Met and conversed with the interviewer that I will be working with.
- The interview lasted about 40-45 min.
3) 2nd interview (case study + assignments + presentation)
- I was asked to do a few assignments, including a case study, e-mail test in all languages that the company requires, and presentation based on my research and results in case study (and I had to make presentation slides separately as well).
- All these tasks should be done in 90 minutes (from preparation to presentation).

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LYNK (Toronto, ON) in May 2021
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews in total. First round is with one of the team member base in India. The overall experience was great. We went over the position's responsibilities and some of the expectations. It was mostly behavioural question in the first round interview.
The second round interview was a case study presentation. You are expected to research about a business or an industry and look for related industry experts from LinkedIn as candidates that may have insights into the industry. After that, it was a mock phone call where you are representing Lynk Global and talking to a client from the industry. You are expected to face challenging customers and you really need good communication skill here to succeed.
