LYST Technologies interview questions

The process involved a set task in advance which required several hours of preparation and was sent the night before the interview. The interview surprisingly then focused on preprepared competency questions in a very formal manner which did not build any rapport. Only around 15 minutes out of the 60 minute interview was dedicated to discussing the task. Several weeks passed by with no communication or feedback and I accepted another job offer in the meantime and reached out to let Lyst know. Overall a very poor candidate experience.
