I met with executive director. Very nice people with good intentions to work with adolescents struggling with mental health issues. Very challenging job so applicants should be serious about working with kids who have great needs.

why are you interested in this work -- I am studying mental health. I declined because I ended up not moving to the area
It was easy and relaxed. They ask about history and your part in Social Work, education, and experience.
What your definition of Boundaries are, if you know DBT skills. They will show you around the school a bit.
