The interview process for LabCentral is incredibly long as they make an effort to get to know you before they hire you. There are two phone screens, one with somebody in HR and the second with somebody on the Lab team. There are then two face to face interviews, followed by a day when you go in and work for half a day on various projects (paid) and finally an interview with the CEO. I made it through the first face-to-face interview. Everybody is very friendly and the interviews are conversational rather than interrogations.
