I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LabGenius in Jul 2022
Interview
Initial stage: 1h video call screen, followed by a take-home machine learning task.
Following the rejection, I asked for feedback on the machine learning task twice, and was ignored me both times. This was disappointing considering the time spent on this stage of the hiring process. In comparison, other similar companies (Hoxton Farms etc.) gave good feedback at this stage.

Question 1
How would you explain machine learning to a friend that is non-technical?
Phone call, followed by 3 hour technical exam. Didn't really get to find out much about the company before doing quite a long exam and didn't recieve any feedback or discussion. Afterwards, I watched all of their available videos (from CEO and Data Scientists) and got the impression that they're doing fairly basic ML stuff. My advice would be to take the technical test slow and start off at a bootcamp-/Kaggle- level methodology first.
