Initial phone screen going over basic resume questions and interest in the position. Was invited for an in person interview a few days later. Not a difficult interview. Basically they went pretty in depth into my resume, background, experiences, pretty standard stuff. They asked me to focus on any technical/software base aspects. They asked for references about two hours after I left, and got an offer two days later. Positive experience, easy experience.
