I had a terrible experience in the interview process, I was informed the second round would be final, but an additional interview was later scheduled outside my time zone, which I still attended in the holidays. After completing what was described as the final round, I did not receive any communication regarding the outcome. Candidates invest significant time and preparation into advanced-stage interviews. Providing a timely update regardless of the decision would demonstrate greater respect for candidates’ time and effort. Please be respectful of them.
