Labcorp Applications Analyst interview questions

Submitted resume for position in Indiana. Was contacted via email by a recruiter who wanted my availability Wed thru Fri for a phone interview.. Responded with my availability times. No reply confirming specific date/time. That Thursday, got an email from a 'senior recruiter' advising that they had decided to move position to New Jersey. Emailed them back, asking why they had bothered to schedule a phone interview with me in the first place. Got a response that the manager had decided to move the position THAT same day.
