Interview
They asked me about five or six questions mostly about personality and customer service. The position involves processing tests serum in the back, talking with patients about insurance and possible copays, ordering their tests, knowing the codes for the test, and of course drawing blood. The most important aspect is people skills and customer service with patients.

The interview process is lengthy and boring. You will have 2 maybe 3 interviews before you know if you are the person for the job ! During the interview it is a lot of common questions you typically receive from an employer but not a lot of conversation during the interview process.
